Jazzy's First Bath

Jazzy had her first bath in the sink tonight. She started lapping up the warm water, thinking she was just standing in a very large water bowl! But then when we started getting her all wet and lathering up the shampoo, she decided she didn't like it, and she started shivering and fidgeting. We were supposed to keep her lathered up for 15 minutes, but I'm sure we gave in much sooner than that! :-)

But now-her hair feels and looks like velvet. And the scent of the shampoo was something like pina colada-very nice!

We are hoping she will like it better the next time. Mijo actually begged for baths. Every dog is different, though!
